As the Managing Partner of Levite Solicitors, Dayo leads the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, offering extensive expertise across diverse legal fields. He has represented clients in complex matters involving Commercial and Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Arbitration, Labor Law, Property Disputes, Matrimonial Cases, Probate, and Election Petitions at both trial and appellate levels. His advisory experience spans critical commercial and corporate transactions, including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, project finance, Oil and Gas regulations, licensing, and compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks.

A graduate of the University of Jos and the Nigerian Law School, he also holds an LLM from the University of Jos, with his research focusing on offenses under the Cybercrime (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act, 2015. He has completed his PhD at the same institution, further cementing his expertise in legal scholarship.

In academia, he serves as a Lecturer at Baze University, where he specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution, ICT Law, Clinical Legal Education, and Moot Court Practice. His innovative teaching methods and dedication to mentorship have earned him recognition in the legal education sector.

His professional affiliations include the Nigerian Bar Association, the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers, and the Global Alliance for Justice Education. He also serves as Supervisor for the Law Clinic Partnership on Kuje Prison (LCPK) and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Association of Young Arbitrators in Nigeria.
