Fyneface (Smart) Wofuru is a skilled legal professional and regulatory affairs specialist with a strong background in legal research, compliance, and corporate governance. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs at Northeastern University in Toronto, Canada, where he is advancing his expertise in regulatory frameworks, compliance strategies, and submissions.

Prior to his academic pursuits, Fyneface worked as a Legal Associate at Levite Solicitors and Arbitrators from May 2022 to November 2024, where he developed expertise in program management, legal services, and dispute resolution. He also served as a Legal and Regulatory Officer at Phase3 Telecom Ltd (August 2021 – July 2022), gaining valuable experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and handling complex legal challenges. Additionally, he has acted as a Legal/Regulatory Consultant for EVROL Properties Ltd and CAPE TravApp Ltd, further strengthening his ability to navigate diverse regulatory landscapes.

Fyneface holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Rivers State University (2014–2019), where he cultivated strong skills in legal writing, advice, and advocacy. He is a proud member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and is certified in commercial mediation by the Mediators Academy, United Kingdom.
